SCA1 and SCA3 Study

At Global Patients, we look for participants to take part in scientific research studies. We are currently working on a research project with individuals with spinocerebellar ataxia Type 1 and Type 3 (SCA1 / SCA3) and their caregivers.

The research will involve completing a short questionnaire and taking part in an interview about individuals’ experiences of SCA1/SCA3, including their experiences of symptoms and the impact of the condition on their daily lives. The interview will be one-to-one via videoconference that will last approximately 1 hour.

The findings will be used by a company who are developing medicines for treating people with SCA1 and SCA3 to help them understand the experiences and unmet needs of people with these conditions.

If you are eligible and able to participate, you will receive payment as a thank you for your time.

Please let me know at your earliest convenience if you are interested, and I will follow up with more details.  I look forward to hearing from you.
